PLEDGE PER PUP PROGRAM

Our first year for Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue was extremely successful. With a lot of hard work from a handful of volunteers, we saved the lives of almost 90 hounds in the Houston and surrounding areas in the year 2000. Our veterinary costs average approximately $250-$300 per dog with shots, spay/neuters, heartworm treatments and a host of other medical treatments.

We are going into our second year with many more bassets that need our help.

Here is a way that you, the many supporters of our efforts, can help! We are now offering the "GUARDIAN ANGEL PLEDGE PER PUP PROGRAM."

As a sponsor, you may pledge any dollar amount you wish to assist with each basset adopted in the second year of our program. Since we are a 501(c)3 non profit corporation, all pledges are tax deductible.  A reminder notice will be sent to you quarterly regarding your pledge donation, along with an update of the animals you have helped save.

Donate Something We Can Raffle

You can donate nice things for us to raffle like quilts, electronics, plane tickets, restaurant gift certificates, hotel gift certificates, gift baskets, dog beds, etc.
