By sending this foster home application form to the Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue by clicking the "Submit" button, I agree that:

 

• I (we) understand the risks inherent in fostering a rescue dog, and willingly and knowingly agree to volunteer as a foster home for Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue. 

 

• I (we) agree to release and hold harmless Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue, and agree not to make a claim against or sue Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue, for any matters, now or in the future, which arise out of my (our) services as a volunteer home. 

 

• In addition, I (we) have read and understand the Foster Home Guidelines and Veterinary Care Guidelines for Foster Homes provided to me (us) by a Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue Coordinator. 

 

• Finally, I (we) understand that if I (we) decide to keep a foster dog, I (we) will be responsible for reimbursing Lone Star Basset Hound Rescue half of the veterinary bill charges up to (but no more than) the amount of the current rescue adoption fee.
